Rising Red Lantern

Rising Red Lantern supports the Asian Migrant Project at Vixen. This project is a direct response to the violence of raids, racism, isolation, state neglect, and the ongoing injustices experienced by Asian migrant sex workers.

We are building power together in a system that was never made for us. We create spaces to amplify our voices, foster cultural connection, share political knowledge and skills, and lead resistance all driven by those most impacted.

Your donations will help fund Vixen’s Asian migrant peer frontline responses where trusted peer workers, who are themselves part of the community, offer support.

We are raising $60,000 to sustain our work over the next year, funding community events, advocacy campaigns, resources, and skillshares for the Victorian Asian migrant sex worker community.

We continue to grieve the loss of Yuqi Luo, Hyun Sook Jeon, and Yuko, whose deaths reflect the broader patterns of injustice, racism, and misogyny that migrant women face every day. Their lives mattered. Their stories matter. And we refuse to be silent.

In a world that continues to erase us, we are choosing to raise our red lanterns together.

Stand with us. Donate to support migrant-led organising and care.

Your support helps us keep each other safe and visible.

The receipt for your donation will be issued from Scarlet Alliance, the organisation auspicing Vixen and this fundraising effort. The address listed below is the Scarlet Alliance head office, but the phone number and email address are for Vixen.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
